he was raised in Kaduna State and was born into a Christian family. Yomi Boss has three sibling and Two Elder ones. he resides with his Family Mr and Mrs Peter Dare Olorunmaye on the Badarawa Axis in Kaduna State, Nigeria.

Accompanied by his friends, he started going to a studio close to his house to make music and also made covers of some songs.

His musical career took a turn for the better in 2020 after Alhaji Marks , the owner of BAWSE Ent. saw some of her covers and songs videos on her Instagram page and reached out to him.

Alhaji Marks started nurturing his musical career and they recorded a couple of songs and he became part of BAWSE Records in 2020. No official record deal was made public But as being part of the Team he was Promoted and Sponsored.
